WHS Girls' Basketball Team Takes First Game of the Tournament, Earns Home Game
The Raiders won their first-round game of the Division 3 North Section Tournament.

Watertown High School went on the road and beat No. 6 seed Hamilton-Wenham, 42-37, in the first round of the MIAA Div. 3 North girls' basketball tournament.
With Thursday night's state tourney win, the 11th-seeded Raiders improved to 11-10 and moves on to the quarterfinals.
The results of the tournament worked in Watertown's favor, and the Raiders will host the section quarterfinal against 14th-seed Amesbury (10-10). The game will be Sunday, March 3 at 4 p.m.
