New research says employees polled are not interested in being the boss. What's your opinion?
National Boss Day was Oct. 17. New research has said that workers are not eyeing the corner office like one might think. More than three-quarters of employees polled said they have no interest in having their manager’s position. In addition, nearly two-thirds said they couldn’t do a better job than their boss.
